Nature Play Week

It’s nature play week

Here are some of the ways to get into nature play at Araluen in this final week of the school holidays:

🕵️‍♀️ Complete a scavenger hunt! Collect a scavenger hunt sheet from the gate on entry and look for wildlife icons around Stinton Creek.
🌸 Make faces with leaves and flowers – Collect nature treasures off the ground (please stay on walking paths). Place the items in different ways so that you
can create new faces over and over!
🧚‍♀️ Explore augmented reality filters in the natural world! Scan the QR codes around the Park and see fairies, frogs, bees and the talking tree come to life before your eyes!
🌲 Create a stylish stick – This is a simple creative activity, find a stick and add some nature treasures to make it look stylish!

Download our Anytime Activities booklet here or ask for one at the gate on entry.

Check out the train timetable here for the rest of the school holidays!
